Do I need a credit card to start?

How do the renewal reminders work?
Give each training a renewal period and every completion gets a due date automatically. Reminders go to the employee at 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before a date lapses, with an overdue follow-up after it does. Admins can change the timing and the wording, and managers get a weekly summary of their department.
Can employees upload their own certificates?
Yes. They drop in a PDF or a photo and the dates are read automatically and matched to the training. The completion stays pending until an admin or manager approves it, so nothing gets on the record unreviewed.
Does it work across departments and sites?
Yes. Managers only ever see their own department, admins see the whole company, and employees see their own trainings. Reports and reminders follow the same rules.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data stays readable for 30 days after a subscription ends, and you can resubscribe at any point. You can export any report as CSV or PDF whenever you like.
Is our data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is enforced per company at the database level rather than only in the interface. We handle data in line with GDPR, and SOC 2 Type II is in progress — ask us for the security questionnaire.
